Formazione

Raphael Höfer joined SAXINGER in 2017 and passed the bar exam in February 2020. He strengthens the team as a lawyer at the Graz office since July 2021.

2011 – 2015: diploma studies in law at the University of Graz.

Since March 2016: PhD studies in law at the University of Graz with focus on corporate and economic law.

March 2016 – July 2016: court practice at Higher Regional Court Graz. While and after his studies, Mr. Höfer has worked for a number of law firms in Graz and a business law firm in Brussels.

Competenze

Raphael Höfer advises companies, local authorities and private individuals in all areas of corporate law, civil law and contract law, as well as in legal issues of trademark and intellectual property law. Raphael Höfer has particular expertise in advising and structuring companies under corporate law, drafting and reviewing contracts (in particular customer, supply and sales contracts), and enforcing rights in and out of court.

In the area of M&A transactions, Raphael Höfer specialises in legal due diligence.

He also regularly advises clients on matrimonial agreements, divorces, precautionary powers of attorney and inheritance matters.
