The employment contract is usually the first written document and one of the first impressions that the future employee gets about his or her future employer. Since labour law in particular is constantly changing, the design of the labour contract is normally a complex matter from the employer's point of view. We will discuss the current innovations and their effects on the drafting of employment contracts, what needs to be considered in detail and where action is required for existing contracts, on the basis of practical examples.

  • How are ALL-IN salaries, overtime allowances and competition clauses formulated correctly?
  • What needs to be considered when taking into account periods of waiting time and previous service?
  • How do you design home office agreements?
