Background

Dominika Buch is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, as well as the Russian Law Programme at Łazarski University and the Academic Law University in Moscow, affiliated with the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences. 

She completed a four-year PhD programme at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Jagiellonian University, and subsequently defended her doctoral thesis in December 2016. 

Dominika Buch gained professional experience at renowned law firms, as well as in the Legal Department of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Edinburgh. Dominika Buch has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since 1 August 2025.


Dominika Buch specialises in conducting proceedings relating to employment law (both individual and collective), and in particular in representing clients in cases concerning reinstatement, the payment of outstanding wages and employees’ compensation. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to employers (drafting work regulations, remuneration policies, organisational regulations, orders, notices of termination of employment, and other documents). She is a co-author of a commentary on the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, edited by Prof. Marek Safjan, and the author of numerous academic publications in the field of labour law and commercial law. She has spoken at conferences both in Poland and abroad. She develops and delivers training courses tailored to a variety of audiences.
