Background

Patrycja Figat has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since July 2024 and is a member of the Corporate and M&A Department.
From 2009 to 2014, she studied law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She also graduated with a degree in internal security (lic.) from the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun.
From 2018 to 2020, she served her legal advisor apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań. She was entered on the list of legal advisors in 2021. In the same year, she obtained a license as a restructuring advisor.
In addition, she completed postgraduate studies “Internal Audit in Public Finance Sector Units” at the Poznań University of Economics.
She conducts classes for students at non-public universities in Wroclaw.

Patrycja Figat gained her professional experience working at a law firm of legal advisors in Poznan and providing legal services to business clients, as well as from the public finance sector.
On a daily basis, she advises domestic and foreign clients on matters in the broad field of business law, representing them at the pre-contractual, pre-litigation stage, as well as in litigation.
